From Alarmed to Activated Workshop Title

Let's take climate actions

This training is for you if you identify as a climate conscious individual who is ready to take actions but are not quite sure where to start or continue your current efforts.

Introduction

In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll use coaching tools to help you design meaningful and positive climate actions. The tools include thinking about your current state towards climate actions, identifying various inner critics that can stop us from taking actions, learning about the science of behavior change, as well as a coaching demo about how to connect climate actions with our values. The workshop will end with you designing your own climate action plan and accountability so you can get started right away!
