I take good care of my mind. I find nutritious mental foods. I feed myself only that which nourishes my mind. I unplug from time-wasting electronic devices. I detach from toxic people.

I participate in soul-enriching activities. I get better at meditating. I do yoga, tai chi, chi gong, or ecstatic dancing.

I find ways to express my creativity. I dance in the moonlight. I sing to the sun. I play in the waves. I let life wash over me in the shower.

After filling up my own cup, I do my part to create uplifting relationships with my partner, family, and friends.

I think globally and act locally. I get involved with community gardens. I find local distributors of โ€œugly foodsโ€ that would just get thrown out.

I am an avid recycler. I reuse whenever possible. I reduce my desire to over-consume. I give away extra clothes to those in need. I repurpose old items into art. I get involved with clean-up clubs.

Today, by demonstrating sustainability, I serve as an example for others and spread sustainability to the World.
