Connecting with India on: green careers, sustainability, plant-based diet, and climate mindset

Backstory

When I launched my Go Green Everywhere course in February, I had a flurry of interests and because of that, I was connected with Pyramid Meditation Center in India. I came to find out that meditation was just a tool that they use to facilitate people get into healthier lifestyle choices, such as engaging in a plant-based diet and preserving water quality.

At the time of our meeting, they were running a 21-day Plant-Based Diet Challenge and were having guests daily on their English channel to engage with their audience about this challenge. They asked me to appear on the 20-day episode and share my thoughts about plant-based diet from a sustainability perspective. Of course I said yes!

Other than the obvious interests in common (sustainability and meditation), I was also really excited to connect with an audience in India. India is a country with not only amazing history and culture, but also with massive potential to make a difference in the world. Diversity is also so important in the climate movement! Woo!
